SANTA ANA — An attorney for hip-hop recording artist Cardi B, who is being sued along with her former manager by a Newport Beach surfwear marketer for misappropriating a likeness of his back tattoos on the cover art for one of the rapper’s mixtapes, told a federal jury Tuesday there was no evidence to support the accusations.
