Former lawyers should not represent rival, Tesla says

Lewis & Llewellyn previously represented Tesla in a trade secrets dispute. Now the firm is defending Rivian Automotive in a trade secrets suit brought by Tesla.

Attorneys from Tesla, Inc. argued in court Wednesday that Lewis & Llewellyn LLP should be removed as counsel for two former employees who allegedly took trade secrets to their new employer, Rivian Automotive Inc.
