Students’ case over income sharing tuition nears deal

Students say their two year computer science degree cost them $250,000; nearly four times the original estimated amount.

A San Francisco judge gave a class of former computer science students and a coding college they are suing two weeks to finalize a settlement of a lawsuit that alleges the students were defrauded through an income sharing tuition scheme.

Superior Court Judge Ethan P. Schulman acted Thursday on the request of the parties.
