$85M deal OK’d for Porsche owners in emissions litigation

For the Porsche class, the actual fuel economy of its vehicles were around one to two miles per gallon lower than the number Volkswagen advertised. Each class member will recover $250 to $1,109 depending on their vehicle.

A judge in San Francisco granted final approval Friday for a potentially $85 million settlement that is the latest update to the ongoing Volkswagen AG “clean diesel” multidistrict litigation.
