$118M Google equal pay settlement nears final approval

That decision will mark the end of a three-year mediation process that began in March 2019 and consisted of “months of negotiations,” according to plaintiffs’ counsel. Google has denied any wrongdoing.

A class action against Google Inc. alleging unequal treatment of women in the workplace is one step closer to a final resolution after Monday’s hearing for final approval of a $118 million settlement.
