High too low, cost too high, cannabis products suit claims

Dovel & Luner represent a potential class of consumers who purchased Jeeter products with allegedly inaccurate labels that understate the amount of Tetrahydrocannabinol, called THC, in the products.

DreamFields Inc. and Med for America Inc., which make “Jeeter” brand cannabis products, overcharged consumers by illegally selling products with THC content substantially lower than advertised, alleges a proposed class action.
