Former associates return to Stradling Yocca as shareholders
“I have always thought highly of Stradling’s culture and commitment to its clients and since I have maintained relationships with many of the attorneys at the firm when the opportunity arose to return, it was easy to make the decision,” McCaskill said.
Two attorneys, who were associates when they last represented clients for Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, have returned to the firm as shareholders.
Chris Y. Chen, who was most recently a partner at Mundell, Odlum & Haws LLP, and Pace McCaskill, formerly special counsel at Cooley LLP, will both work out of Stradling's Newport Beach office.
