Dispute over expert witness in NCAA brain damage trial
The NCAA is accused by Alana Gee, the widow of a former USC linebacker, of failing to adequately inform and safeguard athletes from the dangers of head injuries while playing college football.




Not once has the NCAA penalized a member institution for skirting health and safety guidelines, testified a sports media professor on Thursday during the fifth day of a wrongful death trial against the college athletic association.
