Plaintiffs to appeal ruling FBI acted properly in safe deposit raid
U.S. District Judge R. Gary Klausner cleared the FBI of allegations of unreasonable search and seizure. Paul and Jennifer Snitko sued in May 2021 alleging agents omitted key information when applying for a warrant to raid the storage facility, U.S. Private Vaults.




Attorneys for a couple accusing FBI agents of lying to a magistrate judge to obtain a search warrant for a safety deposit box facility in Beverly Hills said on Friday they will appeal a federal judge’s final judgment in favor of the federal government.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California responded in a statement that it will “vigorously defend” any appeal of the court’s decision.
