Parents sue over infants’ food allergen reduction products

The lawsuit against Before Brands Inc., doing business as SpoonfulONE, includes accusations of deceptive advertising that allegedly led to parents having a false sense of security for their children.

A company that designs products for infants to promote tolerance to common food allergens was sued Thursday by parents who allege the products do not contain enough of said allergens to help children build tolerance.

The lawsuit against Before Brands Inc., doing business as SpoonfulONE, includes accusations of deceptive advertising that allegedly led to parents having a false sense of security for their children.
