State and Activision agree to more time to prepare for trial

The California Civil Rights Department sued Activision Blizzard in 2021, alleging the Santa Monica-based video game maker was fostering a discriminatory and hostile work environment.

LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles County judge agreed to postpone the trial between Activision Blizzard and the California Civil Rights Department over workplace harassment and sex discrimination after both sides asked for more time to prepare their cases.
