Medical apparel brand defeats competitor’s lawsuit

The three-week trial between competing health care apparel companies continued after an attorney as a juror admitted his bias to a federal court clerk.

Three weeks after an attorney chosen as a juror was excused for telling the clerk the plaintiff did not have a case, a federal jury in Santa Ana cleared medical apparel brand FIGS on Friday of false advertising and unfair business practices allegations brought by a competitor.
