Appeals court judge receives first ever Excellence in Ethics award

UC Hastings College of the law presented its first-ever award for Excellence in Ethics in Complex Litigation for a Jurist to 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge William A. Fletcher.
“I’m deeply honored by this award, and I am very appreciative of the efforts Hastings is making to improve our knowledge about complex civil litigation,” Fletcher said in a phone conversation Monday morning.
