Morgan Lewis wins $133M jury verdict for Shell USA

Shell won a unanimous verdict against Barclay Hollander for equitable allocation of the costs of cleaning a Carson neighborhood.

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP obtained a unanimous $133 million jury verdict in favor of Shell USA Inc. in a case involving the cleanup of a Carson neighborhood where the company previously owned and operated oil storage reservoirs.
