Judge Rochelle C. East has served in a variety of assignments since Gov. Jerry Brown appointed her to the court in 2013.
San Francisco court picks next assistant presiding judge
Judge Rochelle C. East, a civil trial judge and former top administrator in the state attorney general's office, was chosen as the next assistant presiding judge of the San Francisco County Superior Court, according to an announcement Wednesday.
East, a U.S. Navy veteran, served during the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 1990 and 1991.
