Ban on gas powered vehicles would hurt minorities, suit says

California’s plan to ban the sale of new gasoline powered cars violates the rights of racial minorities, according to a complaint filed in federal court on Monday.
The case is one of several Holland & Knight LLP has filed against the state over its environmental policies. At least two of these are ongoing.
