Bar board to send 5 provisional license options to high court

The board decided against sunsetting the program entirely, and hopes to continue to work with people still in the program regardless of the pathway chosen by the state Supreme Court.

The State Bar’s Board of Trustees announced Thursday they will be sending five potential options for provisionally licensed attorneys to the Supreme Court.
