Musk sends another letter, more lawsuits follow

Counsel for the plaintiffs in the new lawsuits -- Shannon Liss-Riordan, of Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in Boston -- detailed in an emergency motion filed alongside the suits that an agreement from Twitter has been reached to hold off on pursuing release agreements from potential casualties of the layoffs pending a hearing on the matter.

Two lawsuits filed Thursday against Twitter Inc. stemming from the company’s Nov. 4 decision to lay off more than 3,000 employees mark “the tip of the iceberg” attorneys say as the fallout continues from CEO Elon Musk’s firing spree.
