NCAA says it couldn’t have prevented USC football player’s death

Football players should have informed consent about injuries, the plaintiff’s lawyers told the first jury to consider a concussion related lawsuit against the NCAA.

College football players deserve to have informed consent about the risks of their sport, attorneys for the plaintiff declared in their closing statement Monday in the first concussion related lawsuit against the NCAA to reach a jury.
