‘Vexatious’ litigant files again, Starbucks demands sanction

The plaintiff — Peter Strojnik — had been deemed a vexatious litigation by the Northern District of California and Santa Clara County Superior Courts, and thus, was barred from filing, without permission, the new complaint over disabled accommodations.

On the grounds the plaintiff has been barred from filing claims because a previous federal judge found him to be a vexatious litigant, Starbucks has asked U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer to sanction him and dismiss his lawsuit claiming the company’s architectural designs discriminate against the disabled.
