Circuit panel rejects suit over ‘pressure’ on YouTube
In a per curiam opinion, the panel — dominated by judges appointed by Republican presidents — turned away arguments by plaintiffs’ attorney M. Cris Armenta that YouTube took action weeks before the 2020 election due to government pressure.
