Robins Geller seeks OK of $141M settlement for pension fund

A complaint filed four years ago alleged that McKesson executives participated in an unlawful price-fixing scheme with manufacturers and wholesalers in the sale of generic pharmaceutical drugs.

Attorneys for a pension fund, the lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class action against McKesson, are asking a San Francisco federal judge to approve a $141 million settlement with the pharmaceutical company.
