Judge to review his ‘or’ in San Diego unusable city building case

Attorney Michael Aguirre, on behalf of a plaintiff tax payer, took issue with a tentative ruling Superior Court Judge Joel R. Wohlfiel adopted in September finding that his client doesn’t have standing to bring the lawsuit against defendant Wilmington Trust National Association and that no proof has been provided that the deal was unconstitutional.

Attorneys have asked a Superior Court judge to reconsider his position that San Diego’s 2016 lease of a building that has not been used since then did not violate the state Constitution.
