Taylor Swift fans sue Ticketmaster on antitrust claims
“Ticketmaster has effectuated this anticompetitive scheme by forcing fans of musicians to exclusively use Ticketmaster for presale and sale prices, which are above what a competitive market price would be,” said the complaint filed by Dennis B. Hill of D.B. Hill PLC, as well as Jennifer A. Kinder and Griffin T. McMillin of Kinder Law PLLC.




In the wake of the Department of Justice opening an investigation into Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. and its parent company, Live Nation Entertainment Inc., Taylor Swift fans have sued the company on antitrust claims, alleging Ticketmaster has agreements with large stadiums which force Swift to work with them.
