Maryland firm merges with L.A. firm, eyes West Coast expansion
Offit Kurman already has several offices on the East Coast. Merger with Clark & Trevithick adds 15 attorneys and downtown L.A. office.
Offit Kurman, a full-service law firm based in Maryland and with several offices on the East Coast, merged with Clark & Trevithick in Los Angeles effective Dec. 1, launching its first California office in what it aims to be a western expansion.
The office in downtown Los Angeles will operate under the name Offit Kurman.
