CJP declines to discipline Orange County judge
The Commission on Judicial Performance adopted a panel of special masters’ conclusions that Orange County Superior Court Judge Michael F. Murray who it accused of not disclosing exculpatory evidence in a murder case he prosecuted as a deputy district attorney before he joined the bench.
