Court challenge lodged against Fullerton’s ban on living in RVs
The ordinance, which the city council passed unanimously in 2020, forbids RV parking on private and public streets citywide without a temporary parking permit issued by the police department. The temporary permits are available to residents, and the RVs are only permitted in residential zones.
