Longtime patent litigator to join Northern District court as magistrate judge
Baker Botts LLP partner Peter H. Kang has served 17 times as trial counsel in federal courts nationwide, the U.S. International Trade Commission and California state courts.
Baker Botts LLP patent litigator Peter H. Kang will join the Northern District of California court as a U.S. magistrate judge, the firm announced Friday.
Kang will replace U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero on the court.
