2 years after consent decree, Del Taco faces new harassment claim

Thursday’s complaint is the latest sexual harassment lawsuit to be brought against the fast food company, whom the EEOC sued in 2018 alleging civil rights violations and employment discrimination.

Two years after being placed under a federal consent decree in a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, Del Taco LLC faces a new action filed in Los Angeles Thursday by a restaurant employee making similar claims of harassment as well as retaliation.
