Twitter must tell workers about litigation during severance talks

The company is facing three class actions, all of which were filed by Shannon Liss-Riordan of Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in Boston.

A federal judge in San Francisco ordered Twitter Inc. on Wednesday to inform employees of pending litigation against the company in severance package discussions as the social media giant continues to deal with the fallout from new CEO Elon Musk’s November decision to lay off half the workforce.
