100 individual arbitration demands begin ‘wave’ against Twitter, attorney says

“If Elon Musk wants to fight these claims one by one in individual arbitration, we are ready to fight them one by one, on behalf of potentially thousands of employees if that becomes necessary. Roughly 100 former Twitter employees filed demands for arbitration of claims of sex discrimination, disability discrimination, breach of contract or refusal to pay severance. “This is just the first wave of arbitration demands,” warned their attorney, who has filed multiple lawsuits against the company.
