McDonald’s, Black-owned ad agency ordered to talks
“The court urges the parties in the strongest possible terms to use their best efforts to resolve this case instead of incurring additional legal fees and causing the court to expend its limited resources on this limited dispute,” U.S. District Judge Fernando M. Olguin wrote.




McDonald’s and a Black-owned advertising agency that is claiming racial discrimination against the fast food company have until March to work out a settlement, said a federal judge in Los Angeles.
The plaintiffs are asking for $10 billion. Attorneys for McDonald’s have denied the allegations against their client in previous court filings.
