Placer County Water Agency sues PG&E over Mosquito Fire

Pacific Gas & Electric Co. is being sued by the Placer County water agency for potentially tens of millions of dollars in damages stemming from the destructive Mosquito Fire earlier this year, though the cause has not been determined by government officials.
