Placer County Water Agency sues PG&E over Mosquito Fire
“There has been no official determination of the cause of the Mosquito Fire and the U.S. Forest Service’s investigation is ongoing. We are cooperating fully with this effort,” James Noonan, a media representative for PG&E, said Wednesday.
