Hanson Bridgett says air quality lawyer coached witness
Attorneys representing Baker Commodities said that the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s inspector looked at his computer screen “no less than 465 times” during a cross-examination. “We asked to have the chat admitted as evidence, which the board refused,” said Alene Marie Taber, counsel with Hanson Bridgett.
