Respected neutral always believed in fairness and diligence
Retired Los Angeles judge Robert W. Thomas, who worked with ADR Services Inc. for 25 years, was known for his charm, friendliness, empathy and storytelling, colleagues said Tuesday.
Thomas died Monday at 82 after a brief illness.
