Southwest should have known it was overextended, suit says
“Even under perfect weather conditions defendants knew or through reasonable diligence of its staffing ratios, should have known they could not provide expected air travel to the American consumer, purchase, or traveler,” San Diego attorney Alex Dychter alleged in a proposed class action.
