In a win for 'right to repair', Deere strikes deal with farmers
In the memorandum of understanding, which was signed and took effect on Sunday, Deere & Company agreed to make manufacturer's tools, specialty tools, software and documentation available to farmers and independent repair facilities throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.





The John Deere company signed an agreement over the weekend with the American Farm Bureau Federation granting farmers who own the company’s tractors and other products access to the manufacturer’s tools in a win for the right to repair movement.
