Realty groups must face antitrust claims

The petitioners and defendants — The National Association of Realtors, Right MLS Inc., Midwest Real Estate Data LLC and California Regional Multiple Listing Services Inc. — had their writ of certiorari denied on Monday, meaning their case will be remanded to a judge in the Central District of California.
