San Francisco gets $5.25M settlement with Instacart

The majority of the settlement, $5.1 million, will be paid directly to delivery drivers with the rest going to the city for enforcement fees, according to a news release.

Instacart agreed to pay $5.25 million to settle claims by San Francisco that the company violated labor laws in its payments to delivery drivers, City Attorney David Chiu announced.
