Daniel Bromberg confirmed as 6th District appellate justice

Bromberg has spent most of his career in appellate work and spent 75% of his last year in Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office litigating the constitutionality of the COVID-19 restrictions.

Daniel Bromberg, an appellate litigation specialist, partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and former deputy legal affairs secretary to Gov. Gavin Newsom, was confirmed as a 6th District Court of Appeal justice on Friday.
