Dairy suppliers accuse each other of monopolistic actions

Dairy supply chain software startup Milk Moovement filed a counterclaim antitrust lawsuit against industry giant Dairy LLC, accusing it of violating the Sherman and Clayton antitrust acts.

Two dairy industry suppliers are suing each other in the Eastern District of California, accusing each other of stealing trade secrets and engaging in monopolistic practices.
