Full circuit to hear dispute over Christian high school club
The San Jose Unified School District stripped the club of its official status after concluding the club violated its anti-discrimination policy.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals voted Wednesday to reconsider a three-judge panel ruling that required a San Jose high school to reinstate a Christian student club whose leaders are required to reject same-sex marriages.
