Top LA real estate agent accused of squeezing colleague out

Stefanie Pollack accuses Dennis Chernov of breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment, and seeks $650,000 in damages. Pollack is represented by H. Mark Madnick and Jonathan M. Starre of Kramar Madnick.

A real estate agent has accused a former colleague, one of Los Angeles’ top realtors, of squeezing her out of a redevelopment deal and pocketing the proceeds.

According to a complaint filed on Jan. 3 in Los Angeles, Stefanie Pollack accuses Dennis Chernov of breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment, and seeks $650,000 in damages.
