Boeing arraignment a win for air crash clients, LA lawyer says

Kevin R. Boyle of Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP said his clients live in other countries and had felt a sense of hopelessness and lack of control over the situation before Thursday’s ruling by U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor of the Northern Division of Texas.

A Los Angeles attorney is hailing a federal judge’s decision to arraign the Boeing Co. on fraud charges related to a pair of deadly plane crashes as a win for the victims’ families.

“Our clients feel a sense of relief,” said Kevin R. Boyle of Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP, who represents the relatives of people killed in one of the crashes in 2019.
