Litigator says opponent should be sanctioned for calling her racist

Jennifer L. Keller used a racial slur in questioning a rapper about music lyrics.

A top litigator asked a federal judge to sanction her opponent for filing a memo, after a case ended in a mistrial, that accused her of racism for using a racial slur more than 15 times as she questioned a rapper about the use of the word in music.

Jennifer L. Keller of Keller Anderle LLP in Irvine called the allegation of racism “insidious”, and asked that her opponent be sanctioned.
