Former federal prosecutor joins Willkie Farr in LA
Marina A. Torres worked in the Obama administration on the Department of Homeland Security’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy. She was most recently of counsel at Halpern May Ybarra Gelberg LLP, and she finished third in a bid last year to be LA city attorney.




A former federal prosecutor who ran unsuccessfully for Los Angeles city attorney has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a partner in the firm’s White-Collar Defense Practice in Los Angeles.
