McDonald’s CEO need not sit for deposition in bias case
U.S. Magistrate Judge Maria A. Audero found Monday that the plaintiffs’ subpoena to CEO Chris Kemnczinski to produce documents and sit for a deposition in Chicago were not proper for the California-based case, although she did provide a framework under which he could be deposed in the future.




The CEO of McDonald’s Corp. will not, for the time being, have to sit for a deposition in a Central District case demanding upward of $10 billion in damages for alleged racial discrimination and civil rights violations, a federal judge ruled.
