Attorney fees slashed 34.3% after insurance suit victory
Superior Court Judge Ruth A. Kwan slashed the hourly rates sought by Shegerian & Associates by 25% to 64% across the board, saying that they were excessive, after the firm won a jury victory for their client against two insurance company defendants.
