Lawmaker wants emissions anywhere to be disclosed to California regulators
SB 253, a bill proposed by state Sen. Scott Wiener, would require companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenues who do business in California to disclose their annual greenhouse gas emissions even if they are in another state.
