Winston & Strawn bolster the San Francisco office by adding two new partners

Managing partner Thomas P. Fitzgerald said the firm decided to strengthen its San Francisco office to mirror the strength it created in Los Angeles after it acquired litigation boutique Scheper Kim & Harris in February 2021.
